Responsibilities
- Lead daily execution across production, fabrication, assembly, quality control, and shipping.
- Monitor workflow and ensure daily production goals are achieved.
- Identify issues early and remove obstacles for the team.
- Train associates on proper processes and quality standards.
- Provide immediate feedback and support.
