Consumer Goods/Tech: Experience in consumer goods (CPG) or tech go-to-market campaigns is highly relevant. Experience Level: Generally 6–10 years, though the ability to lead senior stakeholders is more important than a specific number. Agency Management: The PGM will work closely with a "companion" project manager at an external agency. They are not SMEs in the creative work itself but manage the process.
