The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, preventative maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, and repair.Who You ArePersonable, results-oriented self-starter, a go-getter.Team contributor and leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting.Here's What You Will Be DoingAs an integral member of the Facilities Team, this position is responsible for:Managing day-to-day facility operations and maintenance across multiple sites within an expansive geographic area.Efficiently handling a substantial volume of service requests, prioritizing tasks to ensure prompt resolution.Collaborating with facilities management and operations teams to assess facility requirements and project planning.Supervising facility maintenance contracts and overseeing preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.Administering the facility work order system, ensuring timely assignment and completion of all work orders.Serving on a rotating on-call schedule for facility issues once a month.Serving as the primary contact for vendors and contractors, managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance and service delivery.Accurately inputting and tracking data in the work order system to monitor service requests and assign tasks to the appropriate providers.Performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, ice machines, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures.Conducting preventative maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment and systems to identify and implement solutions.Coordinating with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests.Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.Undertaking additional responsibilities as delegated.Here's What Education - Experience You Will NeedProven experience in HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, and repair.Knowledge of preventative maintenance best practices.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training preferred.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.Capability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.Some perks - benefits (based on eligibility requirements): This would be given depending on the company (Burger King or Ayvaz).If you have a passion for facilities maintenance and a strong technical background, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team today.The Company reserves the right to conduct a background check of its employees, and your employment may be conditioned on satisfactory results.This position requires that you are authorized to work in the United States.Dhanani Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.Salary range- $27-$35 per hourLocation: 4415 Highway 6, Sugar Land, Texas 77478
