About the Position

TransForce is seeking a qualified CDL B truck driver to support local delivery operations. This position offers steady work, home-daily routes, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $26 per hour plus overtime
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start time: Between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Shift length: 8 to 10 hours
Driving guarantee: Four driving days per week
Hours per week: 40
Employment type: Temp-to-perm
Home time: Home daily

Job Details

Freight: Automotive oil and grease
Equipment: CDL B trucks with automatic transmissions and liftgates
Handling: Heavy touch freight requiring pallet jack and dolly unloading
Additional duties: Warehouse work is also required

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate CDL B equipment on local routes
Transport automotive oil and grease in accordance with DOT and safety standards
Perform loading and unloading tasks using a pallet jack and dolly
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Perform assigned warehouse duties
Meet the physical demands of the position

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL Class B license
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Required Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
