DRAFT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Summary:

We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented Draft Services Representative . This position will clean draft lines and maintain draft equipment at assigned accounts, establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts, resolve service complaints and special customer requests. 

**This position is based out of our Chandler  location and supports accounts in the East Valley and Scottsdale  area .

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

 

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 hours shifts
• Organize schedule and maintain daily route
• Perform draft line cleaning in new and existing accounts
• As needed, deliver tap handles to the accounts as requested by the Sales rep/Team Leader.
• Establishes rapport with decision-maker (manager or owner) at assigned accounts.
• Maintains draft equipment used for servicing accounts in good condition.
• Completes a daily tracking work log
• As needed, consult with accounts on draft problems to troubleshoot and resolve and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper inventory of parts, cleaning chemicals and tap handles
• Clean and maintain draft work areas and equipment
• Perform all other duties as assigned

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

• 21 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs for package product and up to (100) lbs for keg product
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide cell phone allowance
• Previous beverage industry experience helpful, but not necessary
• Required to drive own vehicle

 

Additional Compensation

 

• Cell phone allowance - $30.00 per month
• Car Allowance $400 per month 
• Paid holidays
• Weekly pay schedule
