This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. * Provide accurate information regarding moving schedules, services, appointments, and company procedures. * Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related requests in a professional manner. * Coordinate with drivers, movers, dispatchers, and operations staff to address customer needs. * Enter and update customer information, service orders, appointment details, and notes in company systems. * Assist with scheduling and confirming moving and relocation services. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Previous customer service, call center, logistics, or office experience is a plus but not required. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
